Green Brwinów

First of all we can talk about the history of town. People have been there since prehistoric times. Archaeologists found here residue of the metallurgical center. Now let's move on to the history of town. People were living here when the summer resort was created. It was then that the local government and the elected mayor were established in Brwinów. In 1945 a Warsaw-Vienna railway was built there. It contributed to the economic development of Brwinów. Now let’s move to a topic bound with history - monuments. In Brwinów we will find, among others: Villa “Chałupka” from 1989 at Batorego Street The "Zagroda" manor house from 1905 at Grodziska Street Willa "Janina" The palace complex of the Wierusz-Kowalski family from 1909, near the park The Tobołków family palace next to the entrance to the park. There is also a botanical garden in Brwinów. It is located at 27 Przejazd Street. You can find there as many as THIRTY THOUSANDS of plants - trees, shrubs and grasses. In the botanical garden you can not only look at the plants, but also learn a lot about them. There are plenty of interactive boards. They are done in a very good and down-to-earth way. Even children of early school age can learn a lot there and even have fun. You can find there, among others: a sundial, a machine for creating whirlpools, a sensory path for feet, figures of insects, hammocks. In the Botanical Garden there is a lot of information about how important the environment is for us and how to care for it - there are nesting boxes for birds and "hotels" for insects. Now let's talk about bike routes. The first of them - "On the trail of war hospitals" you can admire the places of treatment from 1939. Hospital at 4 Sienkiewicza Street and Wolskiego Hospital at Pszczelińska Street. Now let's move on to the second one - "On the Trail of Villas and Palaces" you can see many stunning and lavish buildings. While we're on the subject of bicycles, let's stay with it for a moment. I will now present where in Brwinów there are bicycle paths. The first one is located in Brwinów and it also enters Parzniew. It is about 2 km. The second stretches through part of Pszczelińska Street. Its length is approximately 1 km.
